Serving as a solution expert, evangelist and practitioner, the Lead Business Architect will evaluate the current health of business systems and recommend improvements using CapabilitySources’s enterprise architecture assessment methodology.

The Lead Business Architect will serve as a customer relationship manager and guide implementation teams to ensure that CapabilitySource solutions achieve desired business objectives. The Lead Business Architect will actively contribute to each project by developing strategies, program plans, process designs and business requirements.
Our Expertise
The position will work directly with CapabilitySource Marketing and Sales practice areas. In addition, the Lead Business Architect will oversee the development of the CapabilitySource Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture Practices. This role requires a self-directed, proactive and results oriented leader with the ability to work remotely and independently.
